Ocean and Coastal Career, Volunteer, Fellowship, Research Opportunities
This page is a modified version of a resource list I provide to students interested in exploring possible careers in marine science and/or policy. This is not intended to be an exhaustive list, but serves as a jumping off point to explore your own interests and ideas. Most importantly, don’t forget to network! Follow organizations and researchers you are interested in on social media, join email newsletter lists, go to conferences on topics you are interested in, ask to meet with people you find interesting, set up informational interviews, reach out to interesting organizations! Free 30-minute career counseling sessions are also available and can be scheduled here.
